Kelly has particular expertise in the areas of commercial landlord & tenant as well as property development. “The Co-operative Bank is delighted to have worked with Kelly Peck of Barr Ellison to support Rupert Pearce Gould of CB1 Ltd with a new loan to acquire a commercial freehold in Cambridge.”

Qualifying as a solicitor in 2001, Kelly gained extensive property experience in private practice and as a solicitor for a City Council before joining a respected regional law firm in 2004, where she built up their commercial property practice in Peterborough and Cambridge. Kelly joined Barr Ellison as a Partner in 2021.

The Legal 500 Guide recognises Kelly as a Next Generation Partner.

“Kelly’s advice is clear, pragmatic and commercially oriented. With her advice I got the outcome I was hoping for. I cannot recommend Barr Ellison more highly (and often do to friends and colleagues).”
