Caroline works with employers on all employment matters including settlement agreements, tribunal litigation and the enforceability of restrictive covenants.
Caroline is highly experienced in non-contentious employment matters including drafting employment contracts, standard terms and conditions and policies, dealing with HR issues and providing advice and support on the employment aspects of corporate transactions including TUPE transfers.
Caroline qualified as a solicitor in 1997, training and working in employment law initially in the City.
