A paralegal in the Residential Property team, Kerryanne has completed the Graduate Level of her conveyancing CILEX qualification and is in the process of completing her CILEX Qualifying Employment to become a Fellow of CILEX.
Kerryanne works across the team in the day-to-day running of the full range of property transactions from their outset through to post-completion. Her areas of experience include plot sales, new-builds and leasehold property. Kerryanne works hard to simplify the legal process for clients, explaining everything as clearly as possible, with the goal of helping put people at their ease during what can be a stressful time in their lives.
