George Behiri

Commercial Property Solicitor

George is a solicitor in the Commercial Property team. He qualified in June 2024, having widespread exposure to various aspects of commercial property throughout his training contract, including the following:

  • option agreements and conditional contracts
  • Infrastructure agreements
  • Leases and agreements for leases
  • Purchases and sales of land for development
  • Licences and wayleaves (e.g. alterations, scaffolding, EV chargers, assignments).

George studied English and History at the University of Leicester, completed the GDL at BPP University, and then completed his LPC at the University of Law. He joined Barr Ellison Law in June 2024.
