Every two years, law firms regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) must gather, report, and publish data on the diversity of their workforce. The SRA uses this information to update its law firm diversity data tool, offering insights into diversity within the solicitors’ profession. Additionally, the data informs the SRA’s regulatory, research, and engagement efforts.
