Conveyancing clients of Barr Ellison are offered a reduction of £50.00 from our Will fee. All you have to do is complete or update your Will within six months of completion of your property matter.

Painless as possible

Your Conveyancer will assist in making the process as painless as possible. We will coordinate the timing of any meeting with the Personal Wealth Team (to discuss your Will) with the signature of your property transaction documents.

Start your will

Start your Will by completing the enclosed Will Preparation Form and returning it to us in the pre-paid envelope provided. The form is designed to focus on the elements that will be relevant to your Will.

Meeting

Let your Conveyancer know in advance that you want to discuss your Will when you come into the office to sign your property documents. They will have your meeting set up with the Trusts & Estates Team.
